Site Supervisor (Construction) – Water Infrastructure Projects

Kent | 3-Month Contract | £300 per day
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading national Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects across water and utility sites throughout Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in live operational environments. You'll oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising a variety of projects with values ranging from £50,000 to £600,000, including refurbishment, roofing and office fit-out works across multiple operational sites.

While the role is primarily based across Kent, there may be occasions where you'll be required to support projects in Hampshire and Sussex, so flexibility to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
- Monitor quality, programme and productivity throughout project delivery.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project performance.
- Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and project documentation.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager delivering construction, refurbishment or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing projects within live operational environments is highly desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Willingness to travel across Kent and, when required, Hampshire and Sussex.

- Black, White or Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
- SMSTS
- 3-Day First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary Works Coordinator
Desirable
- EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
If you don't currently hold the EUSR Blue Card, training can be provided following a successful offer.
