Job Title Site Supply Chain Manager

Reporting To Director, Regional SC – Europe

Work Schedule Onsite – Wolverhampton, GBR

About the Role

Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Site Supply Chain Manager to join our facility in Wolverhampton, as a key member of the Military Aircraft Group within the Supply Chain and Purchasing Team. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Director.

In this position, you will:

  • Lead supplier-facing supply chain effectiveness, including cross-regional coordination to meet site needs and integrate suppliers into product build and delivery processes.
  • Oversee Indirect/Direct Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Strategic Sourcing Strategies, and New Product Introduction.

The role demands strong hands-on execution in maximizing supplier-facing supply chain effectiveness while acting as a leader—mentoring and coaching your team within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with the Supply Chain organisation, collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to ensure timely material availability.
  • Define and communicate site priorities to the Supply Chain Director and broader organisation.
  • Represent Supply Chain in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
  • Oversee procurement orders (POs), ensuring alignment with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and Moog processes.
  • Ensure upstream supplier integration (e.g., demand visibility, lean materials management, procurement process automation) while acting as the interface between supply chain, planning, and logistics.
  • Monitor obsolescence management to mitigate disruptions and cost impact.
  • Lead supply chain representation in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), customer audits, and process assessments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
