About the Role
Due to continued growth, Ocado Logistics is thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new site in Stoke. We’re recruiting Site Support for this exciting new site — a rare opportunity to be part of something from the ground up, helping shape the culture, success, and future of a newly created location. At Ocado Logistics, we’re redefining delivery excellence, and as Site Support, you’ll be right at the centre of it. You’ll help drive performance, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure our customers receive the outstanding service they expect.
Working across fleet, facilities, and people coordination, you’ll be instrumental in delivering operational efficiency and achieving key performance targets. You’ll build strong relationships across the site, working closely with managers, colleagues, internal teams, and external partners to maintain a professional, safe, and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in managing fleet, facilities, and operational assets to ensure safety, compliance, and availability.
- Support the timely and accurate delivery of all customer orders to maintain high service standards.
- Help monitor shift performance, resource allocation, KPIs, and operational risks.
- Support team members through guidance and coaching, helping maintain engagement and motivation.
- Promote Health & Safety and follow safe systems of work across the site.
- Monitor routes in real time and help resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Assist in keeping drivers engaged, punctual, and performing to expectations.
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and clear communication across shifts.
- Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and people-focused — someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
You will ideally have:
- Good IT proficiency and confidence using tracking systems, reporting tools, and administrative platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks where needed.
- Current UK Driving Licence (or equivalent), IOSH managing safely (or equivalent).
- Background in distribution, fleet, or logistics management would be advantageous.
