Site Training Validator
Full Time | Permanent
Help Shape Training Excellence
We're looking for a Site Training Validator to join our HR and Training team at our Anwick site.
This is a great opportunity for someone with training, coaching, quality, compliance, or operational experience who enjoys working with people and ensuring high standards are maintained across the business.
What You'll Do
As a Site Training Validator, you'll help ensure training is delivered effectively and consistently across the site by:
- Observing colleagues carrying out tasks and validating their training
- Assessing knowledge and understanding through questioning and coaching
- Reviewing training processes, SOPs, and work instructions
- Maintaining training records and updating the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Supporting audits and ensuring the site remains audit-ready
- Identifying gaps in training documentation and escalating concerns
- Working closely with operational teams, technical teams, and managers
- Supporting inductions and onboarding activities when required

Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to observe and assess workplace performance
- Experience working to plans and deadlines
- Confidence engaging with colleagues and managers at all levels
- Ability to challenge poor practices professionally
- Experience using systems and maintaining accurate records

Desirable
- Coaching experience
- Training delivery or facilitation experience
- Recognised training qualification
- Previous experience using an LMS
- Experience within manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environment
