Site Training Validator

Full Time | Permanent

Help Shape Training Excellence

We're looking for a Site Training Validator to join our HR and Training team at our Anwick site.

This is a great opportunity for someone with training, coaching, quality, compliance, or operational experience who enjoys working with people and ensuring high standards are maintained across the business.

What You'll Do

As a Site Training Validator, you'll help ensure training is delivered effectively and consistently across the site by:

  • Observing colleagues carrying out tasks and validating their training
  • Assessing knowledge and understanding through questioning and coaching
  • Reviewing training processes, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Maintaining training records and updating the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Supporting audits and ensuring the site remains audit-ready
  • Identifying gaps in training documentation and escalating concerns
  • Working closely with operational teams, technical teams, and managers
  • Supporting inductions and onboarding activities when required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to observe and assess workplace performance
  • Experience working to plans and deadlines
  • Confidence engaging with colleagues and managers at all levels
  • Ability to challenge poor practices professionally
  • Experience using systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Coaching experience
  • Training delivery or facilitation experience
  • Recognised training qualification
  • Previous experience using an LMS
  • Experience within manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environment
