Siting Team Member
Position: Full-Time / Permanent Type: Siting Team Member Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour (depending on age)
About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Siting Team Member. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in setting up, siting, and perfecting our caravans. Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team, you’ll:
- Safely position and site caravans on site
- Perform adjustments and ensure each unit is guest-ready
- Maintain immaculate conditions across our holiday park
Key Responsibilities

Siting & Setup
- Safely transport, position, and site caravans in line with safety protocols, park guidelines, and site plans
- Level, connect, and secure caravans for proper guest readiness

Caravan Management
- Assist with caravan relocation and removal as needed
- Carry out basic maintenance, including exterior cleaning and minor repairs
- Inspect caravans for safety or functionality issues, reporting findings to the maintenance team

- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure a seamless, high-quality service across the park
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in Caravan Siting or a similar role within construction, maintenance, or general labour
- Licence: Full valid driving license with the correct category for operating tractors, gators, and agricultural machinery
- Skills:
- Ability to safely operate siting equipment and basic hand tools
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and a compliant workplace
- Independent yet team-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
