Position: Siting Team Member

Role Overview

Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Siting Team Member.

About the Role

In this full-time, permanent capacity, you’ll set the standard for quality with our caravans! Responsible for positioning, leveling, and preparing them for guests, you’ll ensure our holiday park is consistently picture-perfect. Supported by a friendly, collaborative team, your attention to detail and technical expertise will leave no room for error.

Pay Rate

Up to £12.71 per hour, dependent on age.


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport, position, and site caravans aligning with safety protocols, park guidelines, and site plans.
  • Level, connect, and secure caravans, ensuring guest-ready preparedness.
  • Assist with caravan relocation and removal as part of operational needs.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks, including:
    • Exterior cleaning
    • Minor repairs
    • China repair and issue reporting
  • Inspect caravans for safety or functionality issues, reporting findings to the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider facilities team to deliver a seamless, high-standards experience.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in caravan siting, or similar roles such as construction, maintenance, or general labour.
  • A full, valid driving licence with the appropriate categories to drive tractors, gators, and other agricultural/plant machinery.
  • Proficiency in operating siting equipment and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols, a responsible attitude, and a commitment to maintaining compliance.

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Technical know-how or experience with caravan mechanics, glass repair, or landscape-plant machinery.
