Myton School

Sixth Form Administrator

Part time 22.5 hours per week (term time only plus INSET days plus 5 days holiday working) –

Scale E Points 4-6 (£13,510-£13,942pa)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Sixth Form team and support our administrative functions with a specific focus on attendance. The sixth form is growing at Myton and we are looking for someone who can fit in with the team and is keen to bring their own ideas to the table. Being organised and proficient with administrative tasks is obviously key but we value communication and strong interpersonal skills too.

Myton is a large secondary school with about 1750 students from years 7-13 and over 400 in the Sixth Form. We are now the only state Sixth Form in Warwick and offer a large range of A levels and other Level 3 qualifications. Our varied curriculum and purpose-built sixth form block are our USP as is our sense of community and values-driven education. About 80% of our sixth formers go on to Higher Education but we aim to provide the right destination for the right student and provide students with an experience post 16 that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
