Ski Boot Fitter - Full and Part Time
Established in 1965, Ski Bartlett is one of the UK's most popular independent ski shops, with over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on our high standards, excellent customer service, and the quality of our products. Over the years, we have expanded our retail space to house a vast selection of ski products, and our online presence is going from strength to strength.
We are looking to recruit a full-time team member to join our renowned ski hardware department. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and a positive future vision. Are you able to add value to our ever-growing ski hardware department?
To thrive in this role, you would need in-depth product knowledge and experience of ski boot fitting, and the desire to learn about all of the other Snowsports products. But if you don't have experience of boot fitting, don't worry, we'll take you through our comprehensive training programme. However, ski or snowboard experience is essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
