JCA and Ski Administrator

Skibound has been operating for over 40 years and we have a wealth of experience in organising school ski trips to destinations across Europe and North America. For winter 27/28 we have added a programme in Japan. Skibound is the trusted name in school ski. Our knowledge and expertise is bringing together the perfect school ski trip which means you can trust your students and staff in the safest hands. We pride ourselves on providing the very best resorts, accommodation options, and après ski activities while maintaining our high operational standards Our Administrators are responsible for the organisation behind the school trips and building key relations with Party Leaders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all client file administration and telephone queries on confirmation
  • Handling all aspects of a booking to provide a seamless, personalised service
  • Developing strong rapports with Operational staff and centre owners
  • Liaising with and advising Sales, Operations and Finance on any changes, additions or relevant information regarding groups travelling.
  • Dealing with party leaders requests and queries efficiently
  • Organising pre planning visits
  • Advise party leaders of any changes to their booking such as accommodation changes
  • Keep the Travelink booking system up to date and accurate
  • Accurately advise cancellation charges

  • Demonstrate the ability to deal directly with clients over the telephone in a professional and confident manner
