The Role
We are looking for skilled, hands-on butchers to work across key areas of our butchery operation. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment where precision, consistency, and quality are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carry out butchery tasks to high hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily output goals.
- Support consistency across the line through precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in butchery or slaughter, ideally in a factory or processing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Reliable and team focused with a flexible, adaptable approach to meet production needs.
