Skilled Groundworker
Skilled Groundworker – Immediate Start (Warwickshire)
Job Location: Ongoing work across Warwickshire Wage: £23.00 per hour (CIS compliant) Hours: 40 per week Requirements:
- Certificate of compétence (360° excavator/dumper licence)
- Valid Blue CPCS card
- Own reliable transport
Zeal Recruitment are seeking an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join a reputable contractor in the Warwickshire region for immediate start.
About the Role
Assist with operational and technical tasks across construction and groundworks projects, including site clearance, foundations, kerbing, and machine operation.

Responsibilities
- Operate a 360° digger/dumper for heavy lifting and offloading
- Construct kerbing, edging, and drainage systems (soakaways, pipe laying)
- Hand digging, trench excavation and site preparation
- Lay foundations and general site clearance
Requirements
- Blue CPCS card (essential)
- Extensive experience in construction groundworks, 360 diggers, and dumper operation
- Self-motivated with strong attendance and presentable work attire
- Reliable communication skills and able to present clearly
