Every repair you complete helps make a customer's home safer, warmer and more comfortable. We're looking for a skilled, practical labourer who enjoys solving problems, delivering quality work and making a visible difference every day.
About the Role
We're looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Responsive Repairs Team. From repairing fences and treating mould to improving loft insulation, you'll play a key role in helping customers live safely and comfortably in their homes. Every day brings a new challenge and the opportunity to make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality work in line with your trade training, experience, and industry best practice.
- Follow job instructions efficiently and complete tasks as detailed.
- Work safely in accordance with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Support managers and supervisors to maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
- Communicate clearly with planners, call handlers, and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll bring:
- Proficiency in fencing repairs, loft insulation, and mould treatment, while using a broad range of trade skills.
- Experience in labouring duties within a building maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Experience working in social housing or domestic properties, including occupied homes.
- Demonstrable experience of replacing missing or broken hardware, such as hinges, latches, and brackets.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.

Pre employment requirements
The successful candidate will be required to complete Basic DBS, DVLA and Right to Work checks.
