Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location Horsham

We are seeking a Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, based at Horsham.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and enhance our station and depot estate by efficiently carrying out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing poster frame refurbishment/installation
  • Conducting minor vegetation work
  • Undertaking deep clean works
  • Unblocking sanitary ware
  • Repairing and replacing standard locks and door mechanisms
  • Performing window maintenance
  • Ensuring handrails are maintained
  • Carrying out basic carpentry repairs
  • Patching floor lining and cement repairs
  • Clearing and repairing gutters
  • Undertaking minor plumbing repairs
  • Conducting plastering, tiling, and flooring work
  • Delivering staff welfare area improvements
  • Enhancing the staff and customer environment
