We currently have opportunities for Skilled Operatives to join our team at King's Lynn site!
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm rotating weekly.
You will be working in chilled food production environment. In your role you will ensure that your area is operating correctly and efficiently, and that GMP standards, quality and service levels are met. You will assist in achieving departmental objectives through effective use of resources and to maintain an area of continuous improvement.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Ensure any safety concerns are raised immediately
- Complete all quality checks and ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Be fully aware of the critical control points on the line and ensure they are monitored and controlled effectively.
- Assisting the key operative in ensuring that the line/ machine settings are checked, set up as appropriate and are ready to run at the start of the shift.
- Have full involvement in changeovers
- Raise any training needs of all personnel on the line to your key Operative
