Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coatbridge for a Skilled Operative – Surfacing role. The responsibilities include:

- Operating machinery and tools for road surfacing and general construction activities.
- Performing site preparation.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
- Contributing to the overall delivery of high-quality work on various civil engineering projects.

Qualifications
- Experience in road surfacing, including asphalt or tar application, and operating relevant machinery.
- Knowledge of construction site safety and ability to follow health and safety protocols rigorously.
- Teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work individually and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- A valid driving license is required; relevant construction or machinery certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with industry standards are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform under deadlines.
