Join a team that helps create the foundation of everything we do. At Yeo Valley, we’re proud of our world-class products and the people who make them. Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Operations Team at our Blagdon facility.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and has solid hands-on experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE). If you do not have experience operating MHE equipment then training will be provided.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation - moving stock safely and efficiently, keeping the operation flowing, and ensuring every order leaves in perfect condition. Accuracy and attention to detail are key, especially when picking. You’ll also be supporting general warehouse duties, and upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
We’re ideally looking for someone with a flexible, safety-first attitude and strong teamwork are essential.
The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off, 18:00-06:00
At the heart of our business is a deep connection to nature and a pledge to nurturing our people. As a co-owned company, we believe in supporting every team member as both a sponsor and a co-owner. You'll be part of a workplace that values care—for our environment, our products, and most importantly, for each other. We grow stronger together by creating a culture where respect, wellbeing, and development are part of everyday life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
