Onsite Assembly Operator: Heat Exchangers

What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminium and steel heat exchangers.
Responsibilities:
- Degreasing components
- Assembly of matrix components
- Matrix jigging
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety)
The right applicant will be trained in all necessary disciplines, including:
- Heat transfer matrix build
- EH&S compliance
All candidates must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/nights) when required.

Qualifications We Prefer
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work as required
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Display enthusiasm, drive, and discipline with the ability to deliver for the organisation
- Compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
