Onsite Assembly Operator: Heat Exchangers

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminium and steel heat exchangers.

Responsibilities:

  • Degreasing components
  • Assembly of matrix components
  • Matrix jigging
  • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
  • EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety)

The right applicant will be trained in all necessary disciplines, including:

  • Heat transfer matrix build
  • EH&S compliance

All candidates must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/nights) when required.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Recognised engineering apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Strong numeracy and literacy
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy

  • Flexible and adaptable to shift work as required
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
