Shifts Assistant/Skilled Line Operator (Produce) – Walker & Son, Samworth Brothers

About the Role
As a Shifts Assistant/Skilled Line Operator (Produce), your role will focus on:
- Completing pre-shift setup, startup checks, and equipment readiness to ensure smooth production
- Reviewing and adhering to the daily production schedule, overseeing the availability of materials in correct quantities
- Guiding production operatives on line procedures and working collaboratively with the Team Leader to maintain high-line performance
- Monitor and assure outstanding product quality throughout the shift by conducting relevant paperwork, filling records, and performing CCP checks on the production lines

Key Objectives
✅ Efficiency & Quality – Ensure the production lines run smoothly and uninterrupted, with flawless quality standards identified by our premium pies.
✅ Team Support & Guidance – Offer experienced support and guidance to other production team members while maintaining collaborative close work with the Team Leader.
✅ Process Enforcement – Uphold and report on consistent monitoring of food safety standards and requirements.
