Skilled Production Operative Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday working 7:30am - 4pm - work 37.5 hours but paid for 42.5 hours
- Rate of Pay: £12.81
- Contract: Temp to perm contract

- Quality inspection
- Operating Fabrication Machinery, including automated saws, routers.
- Use of hand tools including measuring devices
- Fabricating bespoke orders
- Assist in all stages of manufacturing aluminium doors/conservatory roofs/bespoke items
- Assist colleagues in hitting production targets.
- Focus On Producing Quality Products.
Skilled Production Operative Key Skills
- Previous fabrication experience preferred but training could be given to the right candidate who can demonstrate a strong production/manufacturing background
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Experience Of Using Hand Tools And Good Measuring Skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance.
- Willingness to undertake further training.

Previous experience in the window and door sector would be an advantage but not essential.
