Our People Are Heroes

We think our people here at Samworth Brothers are the best out there! Let’s talk about them first.

We are constantly in awe of their dedication to get the job done and the commitment they show. We are also super proud of having such a multicultural team of welcoming, spirited people who look out for each other’s interests and thrive on completing tasks while having fun doing it.

In fact, half of our people have been with us for over 5 years… and many for even longer!

They all share the same mission: to keep production lines running smoothly and to be genuinely proud of what leaves our doors. No matter the challenge, they come together—because that’s what a strong family does.

The Job Role

  • Transport and stage all necessary packaging and stock for each production run.
  • Maintain and uphold all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards throughout operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
