The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Operator at our bakery, you’ll play a key role in quality assurance by:
- Setting up production lines at the start of shifts
- Performing weight checks and product measurements to ensure consistency
- Overseeing foreign body management (preventing contaminants)
- Making real-time adjustments to lines to meet quality standards
- Monitoring line efficiency (planned vs. actual run rate)
- Collecting pastry waste for rework purposes
