Skilled Production Operator

So what’s the job all about?

Production Operator

They are responsible for:

  • Setting up lines at the start of production
  • Conducting weight checks
  • Performing product measurements
  • Managing foreign bodies to prevent contamination

Production Operators also ensure quality standards are consistently met by making necessary line adjustments. They monitor and manage line efficiency, comparing planned versus actual run rates. Additionally, they collect pastry waste and send it for rework.
