The Production Operator Role
Our Production Operators play a critical role ensuring high standards and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up production lines at the start of operations
- Conducting weight and product measurements
- Managing foreign body control (ensuring food safety)
- Adjusting lines to maintain quality standards
- Monitoring and improving line efficiency (comparing planned vs. actual run rates)
- Collecting pastry waste for rework processes
