So what’s the job all about?
They are responsible for the line set up at the start of production, weight checks, product measurements and foreign body management. Our Production Operators make adjustments to the lines to ensure quality standards are met constantly. They manage their line efficiency - planned vs actual run rate. They collect pastry waste and send it for rework.
