Role: Windscreen Technician (Hoddesdon)
Location: Hoddesdon
What You’ll Do...
- Technical work: Operate state-of-the-art tools and advanced systems to repair/replace automotive glass, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Mobile & branch-based: Support fitting centres either in our branches or from your own fully equipped van, servicing customers across your designated area.
- Quality focus: Uphold the highest technical standards and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Safety compliance: Maintain a safe working environment—for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek energetic, detail-oriented individuals passionate about growth and customer impact. Ideal candidates will have:
- A solid technical background (accredited technician qualification preferred).
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering attention to quality.
- A UK driving licence (mobile role involves customer meetings on-site).
- Physical stamina for hands-on work and flexibility to travel.
