Job Title: Skills and Development Coach
Reports to: Coach Team Leader
Location: Remote
Role Type: Remote (Once a month in London Office)

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Skills Coach at First Intuition, you will have the opportunity to...
- Work for an OFSTED Outstanding provider that puts people first (the learner and YOU).
- Be part of a fantastic team and wider network, with a unique culture that values individuality, ambition, teamwork, and effort.
- Support a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices working for some of the biggest names in practice and industry.
- Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers.
- Guide learner development through their programme using our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions (non-technical).
- Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential in all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
- Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
- Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date.
- Be able to develop yourself in many additional areas - and have fun while doing it!

Requirements
Essential:
- Ability to inspire, influence and motivate, with an enthusiasm for learning.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional, as you will be representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook).
Desired:
- Accountancy background or knowledge.
- Apprenticeship experience.
