Strategic Lead in Skills & Employability Partnerships
This is an executive volunteer role, using your knowledge, experience and professional networks to help identify opportunities, build relationships and open doors.

We currently have 4,500 trainees on our waiting list. Every partnership we make has the potential to unlock new opportunities for young people.
Whether it's securing a meeting with a Local Authority, introducing a new employer, developing relationships with colleges or identifying future commissioning opportunities, your work could directly lead to hundreds of young people accessing training, work experience and employment opportunities they may never otherwise have had.

What are we looking for?
You don't need experience in broadcasting or youth work. More important is your ability to build trust, spot opportunities and develop long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and connecting organisations around a shared purpose.
Working with our Executive Team, you'll help to
- Build relationships with Local Authorities, Further Education colleges, universities and employability organisations
- Identify new commissioning and partnership opportunities
- Introduce Reprezent to key decision-makers across the skills and employability sector
- Develop relationships with employers interested in supporting or delivering employability programmes
- Attend networking events where appropriate
- Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities
- Support strategic meetings with prospective partners
- Keep abreast of developments across the skills and employability landscape
- Help shape our long-term employability partnership strategy
You'll be creating opportunities that enable Reprezent to grow its impact and support 1'000's more young people into meaningful careers.
