SoAesthetics is a specialist clinic focused on providing tailored solutions for a wide range of skin concerns, including aging, acne, sun damage, lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation. The clinic uses advanced skincare products and treatments such as Obaji, ZO, Medik8, dermal fillers, wrinkle-relaxing injections, Sculptra, skin peels, and Hydrafacial to refresh and revitalise skin. Additional services include micro needling, dermaplaning and laser hair and skin rejuvenation. SoAesthetics is committed to delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic care in a professional and welcoming environment. Team members work closely with clients to support their long-term skin health and confidence.
Role Description
The Skin Aesthetics Therapist will provide face-to-face aesthetic treatments, skincare consultations, and ongoing client care in our Worcester clinic. This part-time, on-site role involves performing a range of procedures such as hydrafacials, skin peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, thread veins, and laser skin rejuvenation. - Conducting thorough skin assessments
- Recommending suitable treatment plans and products
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety
- Educating clients on aftercare, product usage, and treatment schedules
- Contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere
- Supporting front-of-house activities when needed

Qualifications
- Formal qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), with training in facial and skin treatments.
- Practical experience delivering aesthetic procedures such as facials, skin peels, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and other non-surgical skin treatments.
- Laser trained.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients, with the ability to create tailored treatment and home-care plans.
- Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to conduct detailed consultations, explain procedures clearly, and provide empathetic, professional care.
- Commitment to clinical safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in aesthetic practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Comfort with basic use of clinic software, appointment systems, and maintaining organized treatment areas.
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology settings is beneficial but not essential.
