The clinic uses advanced products and treatments such as Jan Marini, Obagi, SkinCeuticals, NeoStrata, dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing injections, Sculptra, skin peels, and Hydrafacial to refresh and revitalise skin. Additional services include lip augmentation, microdermabrasion, sclerotherapy, and detailed skin analysis to support overall skin health. Team members work in a professional, treatment-led environment with access to high-quality skincare technologies and products, supporting clients in achieving visible and lasting results.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Skin Therapist role based at Outline Skincare in Worcester. The Skin Therapist will perform a range of professional skin treatments, including facials, peels, and other clinic-approved procedures, following established protocols and safety standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conducting skin consultations and analysis
- Recommending appropriate treatment plans and homecare products
- Delivering personalised care throughout the client journey
- Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
- Accurately documenting services provided
- Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure a high standard of hygiene and client experience
- Contributing to client retention and clinic growth through excellent customer service and by supporting product and treatment recommendations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Skin Care, including facial treatments, peels, and skin analysis, with a strong focus on client safety and results.
- Experience in aesthetic treatments, with sound knowledge of skincare products and technologies. Obagi and Zo advantageous.
- Ability to perform Hydrafacial, microneedling, skin peels, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication to support a positive client experience.
- Comfort with Sales activities, such as explaining treatment plans and recommending suitable skincare products and follow-up services.
- Relevant aesthetic therapy qualifications, licenses, or certifications as required by local regulations.
- Attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and infection control standards, and ability to follow clinical protocols.
- Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic practice environment is preferred.
