Skippers Wanted for Boat Tours Team
We’re looking for new Skippers to join our Boat Tours Team on Solar Heritage, an environmentally friendly, solar-powered catamaran tour boat in Chichester Harbour.
Are you a qualified skipper interested in part-time, flexible work? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
This is a casual, paid role with flexible opportunities to work either:
- At least six trips per month in the summer season, or
- More frequent shifts if preferred

Licence Requirements
Applicants must hold a Boatmaster licence for:
- Category B and C waters or higher
Shift Details
- Duration: 3–5 hours per trip
- Options for weekdays, weekends, or some evenings
- Primary operating season: Spring to late autumn
- Activities include:
- Harbour discovery cruises
- Seal safaris
- Bird watching trips

Vessel Overview
Solar Heritage is a:
- Virtually silent, solar-powered catamaran
- Seats up to 50 passengers
