Marcliffe entered an exciting new chapter with the launch of Skylark, our new brasserie. We are building a passionate and professional Bar Team to deliver exceptional drinks and five-star service in a vibrant new setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bartender at Skylark Brasserie, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one. You’ll deliver expertly crafted drinks, create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, and support service across the brasserie and events as required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and beers to a consistently high standard
- Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to every guest
- Take ownership of bar setup, stock control and closing duties
- Support the wider team during busy services and events
- Confidently take orders, upsell where appropriate and process payments
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation at all times
ABOUT YOU
- Proven bartending experience, ideally within hospitality, brasserie or luxury environments
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence working with premium drinks
- Positive, energetic and genuinely guest-focused
- Professional in appearance with excellent communication skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods
- Reliable transport due to limited public transport late evenings
- Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
