Our Wireline & Well Services teams play a crucial role in supporting well intervention, installation, and maintenance operations for customers across onshore and offshore environments.
Partner with the best
As a Slickline Operator, you will prepare, operate, and maintain slickline and wireline equipment to safely and efficiently execute standard mechanical wireline operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
As a Slickline Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment and ensuring full working knowledge of slickline systems prior to operations.
- Performing standard mechanical wireline operations.
- Rigging up slickline equipment safely and efficiently.
- Repairing and maintaining pressure control equipment independently.
- Conducting standard daily checks and full maintenance of wireline units.
- Supporting multi‑skilling and cross‑functional operations as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of operational reports for onshore and offshore use.
- Ensuring adherence to all quality and operational procedures as defined in company manuals.
- Performing all activities in accordance with company safety and environmental procedures.
- Ensuring all environmental requirements are consistently followed.
- Attending client meetings and QHSE meetings as required.
- Supporting additional activities as needed to fully utilize professional capabilities.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have knowledge of the full range of slickline equipment.
- Understand industry well intervention and installation procedures.
- Possess knowledge of wireline fishing interventions.
- Have exposure to E‑line interventions.
- Be competent in MS Office applications.
- Hold all required local certifications and valid medical clearance.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be flexible and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
- Anticipate future operational needs and plan accordingly.
- Be able to work proactively with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
