The Mission
Are you a strategic, creative marketer with a passion for education? We are looking for an SLT Segment Manager to help us shape how school leaders interact with Twinkl. You’ll be the engine behind our strategy for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) audience—connecting school leaders with the resources they need to succeed and helping Twinkl continue to thrive as an EdTech leader.
Your Impact
You won't just be running campaigns; you’ll be building a community. You will:
- Drive Growth: Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from customer insight to campaign execution, boosting both individual subscriptions and whole-school conversions.
- Shape the Narrative: Develop bold, insight-led campaigns that cut through the noise and position Twinkl as the trusted partner for senior education leaders.
- Build Community: Cultivate a vibrant network of headteachers and trust leaders through value-first engagement and thought leadership.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to create solutions that solve real problems for school leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
