About The Role
We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Carnaby; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Camper Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Customer Experience Management: Our customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
- Team Management: our people are the key asset at Camper! You will be taking on the role of leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach and always inspiring and leading by example.
- Business Results & Efficiency: Optimizing is our ultimate goal. As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
- Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
- Operational excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.

About You
You are our perfect match if:
- You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- You have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
- You are flexible and available to work full-time.
- You inspire people and have a strong team spirit and great energy.
- You are a great communicator and decision-maker and are highly results-oriented.
- You encourage and promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration through your innovative mindset.
- You can speak fluent in English. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in European Union without requiring visa sponsorship.
