Opportunity for RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon in Keighley

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive small animal team in Keighley in the beautiful Bronte Country on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

Role Overview

This role would be ideal for a candidate with an interest in all aspects of SA clinical work who has built good initial experience and confidence in routine consultations and surgeries.

Team and Support

You would join our SA Team comprising of 9 Small Animal Vets, with a wealth of experience to draw from. You will receive good support from certificate holders in surgery and imaging plus experienced vets in medicine and a large team of qualified Nurses and support colleagues.

Practice Information

We are proud to be an RCVS accredited practice working from large purpose-built premises. We have onsite facilities and inpatient care with all modern diagnostics available including CT. We also have 24/7 onsite nursing care for inpatients: although our OOH is outsourced to Vets Now. CPD is encouraged and funded including certificates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
