Hybrid Personal Training (HPT) are looking for a Personal Trainer and Content Creator to join our growing team.
PASSION is a must.. ENERGY is a must… PROFESSIONALISM is a must!
Who Are We?
We’re a Small Group Personal Training studio (maximum 6 clients in a session led by 1 expert trainer) and we deliver a comprehensive service to our clients across fitness, nutrition and accountability to help them achieve amazing body transformation and long-term health focused results.
We opened the doors to our first studio by Bank in August 2022 and have exploded ever since. We are the highest rated Small Group PT studio in London with over 400+ 5 star reviews and a loyal and growing client base. We have 3 studios across central London at Bank, Chancery Lane and London Bridge.
What Are We Looking for?
Role
We’re looking for someone who can mix Small Group Personal Trainer with Content Creation for the business. The Small Group Personal Training side is to lead sessions at our Chancery Lane studio (20 hours per week) and the Content Creation side is across the wider business and studios.
We value personality and team fit greatly over practical experience. Having decades of teaching/coaching under your belt isn’t essential for this role - the technical skills of being a great trainer are teachable over time and so what is important to us is your personality, team fit, enthusiasm and love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
