What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering small works projects — from minor installs and upgrades to remedial works.
- Ensuring all work meets British Standards, industry regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintaining excellent health & safety practices across all tasks.
Additional Responsibilities
- Commissioning systems, handing them over, and providing customer training.
- Carrying out acceptance testing and quality assurance checks.
- Offering professional, customer-facing support when required.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in fire and security engineering, especially small works.
- Strong technical knowledge across TECS, fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control (multi-manufacturer).
- Solid understanding of BS5839, BS5266, EN50131, and related standards.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects confidently.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to produce accurate quotes and technical documentation.
