Small Works Project Manager – Commercial Sprinklers
📍 Location: M25 Corridor / London & South East
💰 Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
Pertemps is working on behalf of a leading sprinkler contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of secured work, managing commercial sprinkler projects across London and the South East.
You'll be responsible for delivering multiple small works commercial sprinkler installation projects, managing schemes ranging from £5,000 to £500,000. Working closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small works sprinkler projects from award through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontract installation teams and site activities.
- Plan labour, materials, and programme requirements.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality.
- Attend client and site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Resolve site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
About You
- Proven experience managing commercial sprinkler small works projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial sprinkler systems.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple live projects.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Happy to travel across the M25 region and surrounding areas.
