About the Role
Stryker is seeking commercially driven graduates for our two-year SMART Program—an accelerated rotational Graduate Program offering hands-on experience across key business areas: Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement. Through three impactful rotations, you’ll develop critical business skills, gain a deep understanding of the medical device industry, and take on real responsibilities from day one.

Program Structure
The program comprises three rotations (total 24 months).
1. Sales (9 months)
- Gain frontline experience working with healthcare professionals and clinics
- Learn to effectively communicate product value and deliver top-tier customer service
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in a real-world setting
2. Marketing (9 months)
- Contribute to campaign development, product positioning, and commercialisation strategy
- Gather market insights and analyse key drivers behind customer decisions
- Gain hands-on experience in commercialisation strategy development
3. Business Enablement (6 months)
- Broaden your expertise by working with core business functions:
- HR Policy & Guidance
- Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA)
- Customer Service & Financial Management
Each rotation accomplishes your professional development while training global teams across Europe.
Who You Are
For the SMART Graduate Program, we seek:
- A completed university degree with no more than one year of post-graduate work experience
- Fluency in English and the local language (written & spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer experiences
- A team player with:
- Curiosity & adaptability
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A valid work permit and driver’s license

Work Flexibility
Hybrid Options are available for this role. Here’s how flexibility works at Stryker:

Remote – You may work 100% remotely from an alternate workplace. Requirements: Permitted to work within the job requisition country—roles may carry travel expectations.

Field-Based – You will spend majority to 100% of the time at customer facilities within a designated set territory. Common for: Sales roles requiring regular on-site customer engagement.

Onsite – 100% present at a Stryker facility, with limited ad hoc flexibility dependent on role requirements. Common for: Manufacturing roles or positions requiring physical office presence.

Hybrid – Roles balancing remote and onsite work (90-60% Remote, 10-40% Onsite). Defines expectations: Collaboration must be agreed with your manager/supervisor.
