The Role
The SMB Segment Lead is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end strategy and performance of the Lenovo Pro (SMB) business across Europe-Meta eCommerce’s markets. The role owns revenue growth, customer lifecycle management, and programme development, ensuring alignment across marketing, digital, sales, and global teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

You'll Be Responsible For
- Define and lead the Europe-Meta SMB (Lenovo Pro) strategy and roadmap
- Own the evolution of the SMB program, including value proposition, benefits, and customer experience
- Ensure consistent execution across markets and alignment with global SMB strategy
- Drive SMB revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across Europe-Meta
- Own annual and quarterly planning cycles (e.g. STAMP) and track delivery against targets
- Analyse performance data and identify key growth drivers and optimisation opportunities
- Customer Lifecycle Management
- Define and execute the SMB marketing roadmap across channels
- Drive audience targeting, campaign performance, and value proposition messaging
- Align campaign activity with digital experience and conversion goals
- Launch and scale initiatives such as reseller programmes, payment solutions, and loyalty/rewards
- Lead collaboration across Digital, Tele-sales, Marketing, Sales, UX, and operations teams

You'll Bring
- Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or programme leadership (5- 10 years of experience)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- English fluent spoken written
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-market programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
