ECMS- SME Talent Delivery Lead – Insurance & Financial Services

Build exceptional communities. Power project delivery. Shape the future of consulting.

The Opportunity

Be part of an ambitious, rapidly growing advisory and managed solutions business, building and nurturing a community of top-tier consultants, SMEs and transformation leaders that sits at the heart of every client engagement and delivery programme.

This is not a traditional recruitment role.

If you enjoy building relationships, have natural curiosity, ingrained drive and a desire to never stop learning, this could be the perfect opportunity.

As SME Delivery Lead, you will build upon and manage ECMS's network of specialist SMEs, consultants and industry experts across Insurance and Financial Services. Your focus will be on engagement, community building and deployment.

Working closely with Eames Consulting, you'll benefit from access to one of the industry's most established networks of insurance and financial services professionals, including many of the market's most sought-after transformation, technology and business change specialists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
