SME Finance Director - Part Time
Head of Finance / Finance Director (Part-Time – 4 Days per Week)
About the Role
A phenomenal opportunity now exists for an experienced Head of Finance / Finance Director to step into a number one finance role within a fast-growth SME consumer brand. The business currently achieves c £15 million in turnover and is on an exciting upward growth trajectory, making this an incredibly dynamic time to join.
Ideal candidates will be interested in a part-time, 4-day-per-week role (with one day in the Central London office per week), offering super-flexible work arrangements.
The opportunity is to join the group as Head of Finance, reporting directly to the Founders and overseeing all mainstream and commercial finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all finance reporting, statutory accounting, and maintaining the relationship with auditors
- Driving financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling to support ongoing commercial and strategic decision-making
- Acting as a business partner across all non-finance divisions, including:
- Sales and marketing
- Supply chain & logistics
- Digital and retail teams
- Overseeing cash flow and treasury management
- Management of a small finance team

Requirements
We are seeking motivated professionals who possess:
- Relevant experience in reporting and commercial finance, particularly within:
- Retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, or wider consumer-related sectors
- Confidence and experience partnering directly with senior leadership while remaining comfortable in fine operational detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat, and collaborative environment
