Phenomenal Opportunity for Head of Finance / Finance Director
A phenomenal opportunity now exists for an experienced Head of Finance / Finance Director, to step into a number one finance role, within a fast growth SME consumer brand.
The business is currently at £15 million turnover and on an exciting upward growth trajectory, so this is an incredibly exciting time to join the business.
Role Overview
The role will suit those looking to work on a part-time, 4-day per week basis (the role requires one day in the offices in Central London per week), so work arrangements are super flexible.
An opportunity exists to join the group, reporting directly to the Founders and overseeing all mainstream and commercial finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all finance reporting activities, statutory accounting, and management of the relationship with the auditors
- Drive financial planning, analysis, budgeting, as well as relevant financial modelling to support ongoing commercial and strategic support
- Act as a true business partner across all non-finance divisions, including sales and marketing, supply chain & logistics, digital, and retail teams
- Drive cash flow and treasury work
- Management of a small team

Qualifications
We are seeking those who possess relevant experience gained across both reporting and commercial finance, across the retail, ecommerce/manufacturing, or wider consumer-related sectors.
Those applying must possess the confidence and experience of partnering directly with senior leadership but are also comfortable being more 'hands on' and in the detail. You will also thrive on working within a fast-paced, upbeat, collaborative environment.
