Smoke Free Generation Lead Practitioner
Company Description
Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We refer to these as our "3Ps".
We achieve this in two ways:
- Delivering public services to improve lives on the frontline.
- Using our knowledge to change ‘the system’—fixing the complex structures that can trap and disempower those it was meant to help.
With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to tackle this challenging agenda.
Young People and Families (YPF) Hub
Our Young People and Families (YPF) hub provides early intervention, targeted, and specialist support to those in crisis—including those leaving care, missing from home, or dealing with substance misuse or mental health problems. Our services support people regardless of their situation and have a proven high success rate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
