Chef - Smokey's BBQ Kitchen Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Head Chef / Sous Chef Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness You will need a passion for producing food to the highest standard The ability to follow food specifications To work adhering to all Food Safety and Policy Standards Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes Maintaining high standards of hygiene Preparation Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately Deal with deliveries and stock rotation Experience/Skills Required: Chef experience Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Has a “can do” attitude Enjoy being part of a team Seasonal Role, must be able to work weekends, holidays and some evenings. Live in available with this role - Contract end dates vary between 7th September & 2nd November 2026.
