Chef Team Leader - Smokey's BBQ Kitchen - Full time hours Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business. Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness You will be organised, with the ability to work well under pressure and have experience in leading a team You will follow food specifications, ensure the kitchen area is always clean and will adhere to all Food Safety and Policy standards We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a "can do" attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality and producing food to the highest standard. Experience/Skills Required: Experience leading a team in a retail and hospitality environment Preferred experience in a holiday park environment Excellent levels of communication Leadership & team building skills Strong motivational skills Commitment to deliver service excellence Chef - 2 years experience Seasonal Role, must be available weekends, holidays and a mix of day and evenings. Live in Available - Contracted until 4th January 2027.
