SMSTS Site Manager
Looking for an independent SMSTS Site Manager to join us in evening, Northampton, NN5, for a 6-month Temporary Contract.
Start Date: Monday 6th July

Requirements & Qualifications

- SMSTS Certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- 1st Aid Certificate
- Proven Commercial Experience in construction management
- Two Professional Working References provided

Key Responsibilities
Your role will entail:
- Day-to-day site management and administration
- Enforcing and ensuring compliance with all workplace policies, safety regulations, and procedures
- Tracking and monitoring project progress, including delivery against agreed timelines, deliverables, and cost management standards
- Managing sub-contractors to guarantee adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Overseeing health and safety compliance across the site
- Point of contact for adventage or mandatory updates, including reporting any risks or issues promptly
