We’re looking for Snow Sports Sales Assistant who will:

  • Share their passion and deliver friendly, expert advice on ski and snowboard equipment
  • Learn and carry out professional boot fitting through hands-on, specialist training
  • Help every customer feel one step closer to the mountains
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy retail environment during our busiest season
  • Work flexibly across all seven days of the week

This role will begin on a 0-hour contract and transition into a fixed-term contract from 01 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, where flexibility across all seven days is essential.

Required

You’ll also be required to attend and complete two days of mandatory ski boot fitting training delivered by our expert trainers. Please ensure you are available to attend on the following dates:

  • North England: 30 September – 01 October
  • South England: 07 October – 08 October

Once complete, you’ll receive a ski boot fitting premium allowance on top of your salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent customer service and expert product advice
  • Learn and carry out ski and snowboard boot fittings
  • Help customers find the right fit for comfort and performance
  • Explain products and fitting processes clearly and confidently
  • Keep the store welcoming, organised, and customer-focused
  • Work flexibly, including weekends, during a busy winter trading period

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Loves skiing, snowboarding, or winter sports
  • Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently with different kinds of people
  • Is eager to learn new skills (experience fitting boots or shoes is a bonus, but not essential)
