Product Delivery Manager / Team Leader - Insurtech

Salary: to £70,000 + benefits

Location: Remote (UK)

Are you an experienced Insurtech Product Delivery Manager with a passion for leading product initiatives from concept through to release? Do you enjoy combining strategic product thinking with hands-on Agile delivery, while developing high-performing teams? We're partnering with an impressive global Insurtech business, investing heavily in AI product capability to recruit a Product Delivery Manager. This is a pivotal role where you'll help to lead the team, bring new ideas to the table, take ownership of product-focused initiatives, contribute to larger strategic programmes and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Product Delivery through innovation, AI adoption and people development.

The Role

Operating at the heart of the Product function, you'll be capable of independently leading product initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from requirements through to product deployment. Alongside this, you'll support the delivery of larger, multi-workstream programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing a small team, whilst helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
