SOCIAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We’re looking for an experienced Social Account Director to help lead a multi-market beverage brand and their always-on social ecosystem powering the brand’s presence across eight key EU and Middle Eastern markets, with the potential to expand to a total of 13 markets in 2027.
This is a key leadership role at the centre of their social output. You’ll shape a creator-led, platform-native content engine, spanning daily TikTok and Instagram activity through to culture-led campaigns, collaborations and always-on community engagement. The team delivers locally relevant content at scale, while maintaining a consistent global brand identity.
Sitting at the intersection of social strategy, creator marketing and cultural storytelling, this role plays a key part in evolving the Social Hubs model - identifying opportunities to expand markets, deepen partnerships and scale impact.
It’s ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about social-first thinking, creators and culture, and who thrives on turning platform insight into standout content and commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships across global and local stakeholders across 8 markets
- Own the always on social & content ecosystem and ensure consistent, high-performing output across TikTok and Instagram
- Lead the development of creator-first campaigns and always-on activity, working with local social media producers to identify, brief and manage creators across markets
- Shape culture-first, platform-native content strategies in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams
- Elevate and guide the local social media producers to ensure strong execution and high-quality creator collaborations in-market
- Drive performance-led optimisation using platform data, social insights and cultural signals
- Manage multiple always-on and campaign workstreams including creator partnerships, collaborations and activations
- Build strong integration across creative, strategy, media and influencer teams
- Act as a senior client advisor on social behaviour, creator trends and cultural opportunities
- Identify opportunities to scale this model across markets, formats and creator ecosystems

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
